    The folks running the place are really nice and accomodating. Unfortunately, they needed to be. Our house boat had engine trouble 100 feet from the dock. They got one of the two engines running and sent us on our way. The rest of boat was also in need of some basic maintenance. Ceiling fans didn't work, fridge didn't seal, ac filter was clogged, grill propane tank was empty, etc... Our Mystic boat was cool, but needed some work. I have to suggest trying another lake/houseboat rental with better maintained boats.
