Steak 'n Shake

Enjoyed my salad with grilled chicken. My husband really liked his milkshake and fries. Server was friendly, though overworked. Everyone seemed to be playing catch-up from an earlier rush (maybe).

Service was timely and waiter was great. Food was tasty as always. I would recommend Richmond SnS.

At first my service was slow yesterday around , 6pm. But kids loved shakes and stake burger, I enjoyed the Frisco burger, service improved. Manager on duty gave me employee discount , I asked if there was a veterans discount, as I am a veteran a disabled single father of 2, she did. I will return, very family friendly place , love those burgers!! N shakes!!!

Food was fresh and consistent with all our previous visits. However, they were busy so our orders took a long time to receive. We waited about 30 minutes between our order and receiving the food. Also, the ketchup at our table was almost out. I recommend avoiding this restaurant during their busy hours.

This was probably one of the best experiences we've had at the Richmond Steak 'n Shake. We were seated almost immediately, and we already knew what we wanted, so we told our waitress as soon as we sat down. Our food was delivered in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes. Our waitress was friendly and checked back often, without hovering, to see that we were well taken care of. The food was fresh and hot, like it should be. Well done!
