“With 500 miles still to go on my trip, I experienced a breakdown which left me stranded at this station. The attendant, Martha, was one of the friendliest, most compassionate people I have ever met. She helped me contact road service and offered help in finding a garage or motel, even offered to call someone to take me to a motel. She certainly went well above and beyond. As for the station itself, it was clean and tidy, the restroom was immaculate, and during the nearly 2 hours it took for the tow truck, Martha was continually cleaning counters, displays, windows, or anything else that she could find to clean, any of which I myself would not have thought to need cleaning. She was the angle watching over me.”
