    We ordered two hot and ready. Well we had to wait, which was fine with us. They ended up giving us free bread sticks for our wait.

    The staff is always carry friendly and the store is clean, but I've had multiple experiences where I've pulled up to the drive through and ordered and then waited 20+ minutes parked on the side of the building for the food to be made. I've also tried ordering using the mobile app from home before leaving the house to drive there (to give some extra time) and still had to wait. The longest wait I've experienced was about 40 minutes parked in front of their building (checked the time on the receipt).

    The waiting isn't every time, but honestly about half of the times I've gone there I've had to wait. I don't order anything extravagant, usually just cheese or pepperoni pizza, occasionally a stuffed crust.

    The food is always good, and like I said above the staff are friendly and the store is clean.
