Southern Fried & Sweet Tea

8 of us went to lunch today at Southern Fried and Sweet Tea.
We enjoyed our meals and the waitress was excellent. I had the fried pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes with gravy and carrots. The tenderloin was just that - very tender and the hand breading was crunchy and tasty! I am spoiled with honey carrots and these were not honey flavored.
I tasted the Fish Tacos and they were very good - lightly breaded and very flavorful!
Oh, and the peach flavored tea was wonderful!
The hummingbird cake was delightful!

This place is awesome the food is delicious and the service is great! Even when you get it To go! I got the Steak Alfredo and it was amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly too! They have hands down the best mac n cheese I've eaten at a restaurant and their banana pudding will leave you wanting more! I was highly satisfied and ill be back for sure!

Service was friendly and efficient. All staff clean and well presented too.
Country fried steak was very enjoyable. Good vinegar based cole slaw and very different corn - it had a smoky flavor which was very enjoyable once used to it. Also got good review on their burger and fries which all looked fresh.
Dessert is a must. Had a mini cheesecake which was absolutely amazing and my friend had pecan pie which she said was very good.

Overall. We will go back.

I can’t wait to return!!!! Our Beautiful Lunch Buddies were celebrating 🥳 a birthday. The birthday girl wanted to come back to this restaurant that she and her husband stumbled on to. The service was great, the food was incredible, the portion sizes where really big ( we had alot of “to go boxes”) AND you have to save room or take home the dessert pie. I am bringing my husband back for lunch! 😁

I came for their advertised meatloaf sandwich and it did NOT disappoint! Thick slice of juicy meatloaf with lettuce, tomato, and onion between two big slices of Texas toast with a side of hash brown casserole! Yum! My family also enjoyed their Country fried steak sandwich, chicken biscuits, and waffle fries! So glad to have this local restaurant. You can always find a neighbor there!
