Steak 'n Shake

Quick service. Made to order burger. Fresh & hot. People friendly & polite. Only ding was the fries. Most of them were clumped together & barely warm.

The food was all fresh and hot, the milkshakes were perfect, not too thin and not too thick and the tables, chairs, and restroom were all clean. It was very busy while we were there, but the servers were all friendly, polite and working hard. I love the 50s vibe you get when you walk into a steak and shake, but at this location you also get a very friendly, calm, and at home like feeling.

It was busy, but we had excellent service. It was clean. The food was delicious! Loved the royal burger with bacon and egg.

I have to say this place has turned around. When they opened I was having one horrible experience after another. We hadn't been in a really long time. We had a phenomenal experience because of the manager that was there, Mary. She recognized us immediately and made it a point to take care of us herself. She asked how we had been and remembered our order even though if had been half a year or more since we'd been in. She made sure the food was fresh and exactly what we wanted and checked on us several times. I felt like our business was truly valued and I can see us becoming regulars again!

We stopped here on the way home from the Kentucky Renaissance Faire. I got the Frisco melt. It was tasty and affordable. Destiny was our server, and she was very pleasant. I almost didn't want to stop, because I was worried about taking too much time. Everything was quick, and everyone was polite. One of the best Steak N Shakes I've been too! Great job.
