Found this restaurant passing through the Louisville area. I tried the brisket and it is hands down the best I’ve had in my life. This place will be famous someday.
If you are in Oldham county take time to try this family run BBQ it's a little out of the way but the flavor of the scratch made sides and cobbler along with the main attraction beef brisket and baby back ribs. Tender fall apart meat smoked to perfection and unlike a lot of BBQ joints the sides or not just a who cares add on but side's you would like with any meal.
May be the best brisket I've ever had. The owners were friendly and took the time to describe the entire menu. Sheila's peach cobbler alone is worth a visit. Do yourself a favor and eat here.
Stopped here because it was along our road trip route. I wish I could pack it up and take it with us. We got pulled pork and a couple sides with sweet tea/lemonade. Everything was delicious! I was sad they were out of Mac and cheese but they made up for it by bringing out some of their dry rub chicken on the house. Nice cozy place to grab a bite!
BBQ pulled pork and chicken were excellent. Baked beans were delicious -- best anywhere. Slaw is distinctive and tasty. Genuinely homemade apple cobbler topped off a wonderful meal. Travis, Sheila, and their children made us feel welcome and appreciated for visiting their business. We will dine with them again soon. Thank you.
