    This is a good McDonald's store. I really like the remodel and the service is pretty good.

    The staff seems to be managed well. Yet in the last 2 drive-thru trips something was missing from our orders. Yes this is a 1st world problem but I don't care who you are, NOBODY wants to drive back to go get a Big Mac but knows you have to because well, IT'S A BIG MAC!????????

    Face it, we all have our favorite McDonald's and I have two. The one in LaGrange is always hot and fresh and the one on Westport Road is about as great as you can get! Perfect fries and burgers!

    This was probably the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to in my life, and thw staff were so friendly!

    Long long long line..eventually pulled out of drive thru line and took my business elsewhere. There is a young lady who works the drive thru who is extremely unpleasant to have to deal with..she is rude, rolls her eyes, and brays loudly, yes, like a donkey, when she turns to walk away from the window. Whatever happened to being courteous and polite..nice even?!
