    The location in Pikeville is clean, good food and friendly staff. Not a long wait for food. Same cannot be said for the Norton VA location.

    Staff was super friendly, food was great, fast service. Overall very pleasant experience. Very pleased with staffs interaction to customers.

    Had a very pleasant experience. We had the salsa and chips as an appetizer and the riblets for the meal. Both were excellent. The service was attentive and very friendly.
