“I had a burger and fries from Miss Betty's Diner and it was pretty good. I always love Mom and Pop restaurants and love to help keep them open by visiting them. The burger was better than most fast food burgers, but I was surprised how small it was and the small portion of fries that came with it. Not that I wanted really large portions, but for $10, I felt like I should've gotten more. You can get supersized meals at most fast food joints for under $10, the portions are larger and there is a large drink involved. My meal was the burger and fries only. Anyway, I wouldn't avoid this place, the food is good, but unless they have changed the prices lately, you wont be able to afford it on any sort of regular basis.”

“As far as Mexicans restaurants go the food is not really that much different from one to the next. It seems like the only thing that really changes as far as the food is the salsa. The salsa here lacks cilantro so if you're a cilantro fan then go somewhere else. The service here is excellent. The staff here is 90% Latino and to their credit they all speak English. These guys go above and beyond to make sure that you get quick service and happy service. They are able to provide a relaxed atmosphere while at the same time performing professional and efficient service. The decor is a bit outdated and could use an upgrade and is also on the small side but that lends itself to a cozy environment. The downside to the smaller venue is that it can fill up pretty quickly on Friday and Saturday evenings.”

“Stopped by for the ice cream and soft serve. One got the butter pecan ice cream in a waffle cone. It was delicious and a lot of ice cream in the waffle cone for a regular size. Two of us got the soft serve, one chocolate and one chocolate/vanilla swirl. Great taste and definitely worth the stop and the wait. It's usually very busy there but worth the wait.”
