Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Cashier handling money started preparing my food without washing his hands. He did put on gloves but he's supposed to wash his hands, first. Other than that love this place wish there was a location closer to home

I'm from Charlotte and so is Bojangles and I've been eating there my whole life. I can tell you for a fact, if not the best Bojangles in the franchise, this location is tied for the best. Their service is great - the new employees are very conscientious and eager to do well - and the food was fresh and amazing. Even during the afternoon slow period! If you have to pick one Bojangles in Kentucky to visit, this is the one!

I drive small box trucks for a living and am down here once a week coming from Toledo Ohio. Every Wednesday I stop here. Absolutely love the food, more like home cooking than fast food. Also very affordable. Obviously up in Toledo, Ohio there are none of these which saddens me. Even worse when they change my schedule and I won't be on this route anymore :(. But yeah 5 stars easy. Love their accents too. Please bring some up north? Pretty please?

I tried Bojangles a year ago after passing all the time when I take trips down South . The fried chicken beats most franchise chicken fast food places, the sides are delicious and different than your typical fast food chicken competitors. The chicken has a mild heat to it ,which gives the chicken a unique taste. I think the service is as good as the food, I have been here when it's really busy the staff are accommodating. I wish there was a Bojangles in the Midwest , the chicken tastes more fresh and give you a home-cooked tastetaste at least in my opinion.
