Fazoli's

Our first time at a Fazoli's. We were surprised at the quality. It was delicious. We questioned the prices at first, but feel the prices are very reasonable for the meals. The staff were freindly and were working to keep the place clean.

Wait time was really good through drive thru and Hailey was so kind. She was so sweet and brought my order out to me because they had to wait on me. Greatly appreciated it!

This place is my go-to spot for lunch; their $5 lunch deal is such an amazing idea and every time I order online, they have my food ready even before the estimated pick up time. The staff is very friendly there as well and food always right. Highly recommend!

The general staff was great. They were very friendly and accommodating to a family with young kids. The food did take ~25 minutes to come out, which seemed a bit long for not too many people being in the dinning room. The manager on duty was grumpy to the person working the front line. The tone in his voice was not necessary in my opinion. Anyway ... the place still gets four stars for the staff, plus the food was good once it came out.
