Excellent food and service. I had the egg white omelet, roasted potatoes, and turkey sausage. Delish! One friend had the waffles and raved over them. The other friend had a burger and loved it. The ladies to our right had buffalo chicken salads that looked amazing. Daily specials available. The manager checked on us and other patrons. If you go for lunch, get there before noon or after one. The place will be packed otherwise. Breakfast and lunch menus available. Great meet up spot between Lexington and Georgetown. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent, service was outstanding, and the atmosphere is clean, friendly and casual. Great place for small groups. From the outside, you'd never guess what kind of food experience is inside. Highly recommended.

Cute little eatery. The prices are reasonable and the pancakes are big. My pancakes were a little overcooked and my potatoes were cold. But I would be will to give them a second chance!

We are always satisfied with the food and service! Another great visit on the books. Friendly and prompt service, affordable menu items, and quick expediting of our food.

The food and service are excellent! Bram was our server and he was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The bacon was cooked PERFECTLY. Also, there are fluffy gluten free pancakes (almond flour) and gluten free bread available. Loved the experience overall and will be back for breakfast tomorrow.

Note that your GPS will probably give you confusing directions. It will either tell you to go a bit too far on the highway or instruct you to turn onto "Tips Lane". There is no Tips Lane, just a parking lot. Go through the parking lot and you'll see Josie's in the back.
