Steak 'n Shake

Everything was great waitress was on spot an very helpful.burgers were great gran kids loved going. There.we go there softer for a while bite about twice a week

I ordered a triple hamburger, fries, shake, and 2 bowls of chilli. I got a triple cheeseburger with 55 cent up charge, fries, shake, and 1 bowl of chili. I went back through the drive thru and explained that there was cheese on my burger. Employee was apologetic and fixed it, I then explained that I needed a second bowl of chili with debit card in hand. Employee said not to worry about it due to the trouble and I imagine not wanting to do card refund for 55 cents. Driving away for the second time I realized that my triple hamburger was now a double hamburger, but at least it didn't have cheese. then the bowl of chili was a different size from the first one I got so I'm not sure which one is right which one is wrong. I decided wasn't worth it to go back a third time for a single patty. The food I got was good, and the people were nice enough to make the overall experience Okay.

As with every Steak and Shake I've been to, food is great at a great price but it seems there are never enough servers to keep up and great customers at entry. Once they make it to you they are pleasant and the food is usually out fast.
