    Yum brand does it best to standardize this type of thing. My experience at this particular one was not great. The chicken was overdone chewy and dry. They got my order right though. Long John silver tends to be a four to five normally....

    Have never had any problems here. Everyone is friendly. Our orders have always been right. We got the family meal. When you're feeding several people, that's the best way to go. The food is always hot and taste good.
