“Always love the food, always clean, and Great service but, there was an employee, who took our order, was shedding A LOT of hair. She had a zip up jacket on that was covered in hair. We had hair on our cups and there was hair on our food tray. We didnt complain because it wasn't on our food. Just need to be tidied up. It is always cold in there especially by the drive through window, I imagine especially this time of year, so they definitely need jackets.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful time at Claudia Sanders Dinner House. I first visited this establishment over 30 years ago and was enamored by the food and the dining experience. During an excursion to Louisville, I recommended we visit the dinner house. I was pleased that the food quality was the same. There were plenty of options on the buffet, and everything was delicious. We had a wonderful server named Tiffany. The ambiance was not quite as homey as it was in 1985. But this could merely be a matter of personal preference. While I enjoyed listening to the classic pop music, something less boisterous would have made the dining experience feel more like dinner out rather than a wedding reception. Again, that is just personal preference. Otherwise, I highly recommend Claudia Sanders!”
