Pilot Travel Center

As far as roadside convenience goes, Pilot and very few other oil companies has this game mastered. This particular location is always clean which I thoroughly appreciate. Friendly staff and quick service, especially considering it's one of the most busy locations in their district. I gave it 4 stars instead of five because driving in to get fuel is nothing short of a nightmare. The entrance and exit for passenger vehicles is the same small opening of roadway so there is constantly about 20 cars in a traffic jam trying to get in to the gas station for fuel and other cars are trying to get out. There is no organization to the fueling, meaning everyone just drives around in chaotic fashion to find a pump that is open. It would be an incredibly more effective solution to have a one way pumping situation. One way in / one way out that goes through the pumps in only one direction to prevent so many cars blocking each other in and stalling pump progress.

For a travel center, the pumps were very close together. We had a uhaul pulling a car trailer, and it was horrible getting in and out. The employees were super friendly though :)

Great location. Clean store. Big store, but small parking lot, even for cars only. The truck entry I have not been through. Only traveled by car, but its a tight for for such a busy place.

Workers behind the counter were super sweet and exceptionally helpful in helping us get what we were looking for. (Specifically cinnabons.) And there were still some warm in the warmer that were still fresh and delicious. Thank you to the 2 ladies who worked the other night (3/19/19), should've gotten your names. But you all were amazing!! Thank you for everything!
