“One of the best places to eat in Franklin. Portions on the dinner menu are huge (a full pound for the catfish) and everything is flavorful. Hush puppies have actual corn in them, not just bagged mix. The bison burger was actually cooked at the mid well we requested, not well done as it usually comes out at other establishments. Fried green beans are fresh. Servers are friendly and service is prompt. If you come during the dinner rush there will be a wait for a table - it's worth it to wait. A massive improvement over the restaurant that used the space previously. As a last note the Sunday brunch lacks the sheer volume of food you get in the dinner menu, but the omlettes are still very tasty.”

“Loved this diner! We came in for breakfast and had a fantastic experience. Our server was attentive and friendly, our food was wonderful and the prices were perfect. This is a 50's themed diner so it was a lot of fun singing along to music I haven't heard in a long time ???? I would highly recommend eating here when visiting Kentucky Downs!”

“Serves Starbucks. Great atmosphere, reserved 15-minute parking, outside entrance separate from casino. Service is good. I stop by frequently. Franklin, KY does not have an actual Starbucks store, but this is a good alternative, with a full Starbucks menu. I recommend stopping by!”

“Franklin KY BK very clean. Great customer service. Staff constantly cleaned. Served customers immediately upon arriving. Employees on break not in dining so as to not disrupt the flow of the workers removing the illusion that staff aren't working. Staff listened to customers and showed empathy. Truly a pleasure eating here and a great customer experience. Signs of great training. Awesome work ethic.”

“Employees who has relationships in each other and show this in front of your customers, looks not good for business. Matthew from road assist was excellent employee. Lady manager was great and extremely helpful. Sorry I didn't remember your name”

“Very nice. Great breakfast and great service. We were reluctant to stop in purely because connected to a Flying J truck stop. It's quite a large restaurant where families and I believe were locals... not just truckers/travelers.”

“Do not l like their new menu (since about June 2019). No Sampler available, 2 instead of 3 sides with dinner meals, price increases, and now up charge for side salad as option. However, the chicken was good and friendly staff; portion size of hashbrowns casserole was lacking (hard to tell from pic). Just won't eat there as often. Other CB restaurants in Indiana still has the usual menu... ordered the Sampler in July 2019 with 3 sides of which 1 was the side salad!”

“The 2 egg breakfast, bacon and hash browns is a terrific breakfast. In England hash browns are awful solid pieces of potato and onion deep fried. In Waffle House they are made to order with your choose of toppings, diced tomato, capped mushrooms, smothered onions, peppered, scattered cheese etc. Coffee is great and topped up constantly. Orange juice is good and comes in a large size. Staff are always attentive. Love a Waffle House breakfast.”

“This place is almost always on point. Prices are fair and the food is delicious. Only gripe is that I wish they had more than one coke dispenser in the lobby. On busy days you may be waiting to get a drink. Awesome place though!”

“The atmosphere is fantastic! Clean, very neat layout with plenty of room to maneuver. The staff is fantastic. Service was the best in town and the food was awesome. I recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried it. For those that have, you know what I'm talkin' about!”

“Just you typical gas station with a subway attached to it. The bathrooms are very well taken care of and they have a good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my brief stop at this particular location.”

“The pilot travel center and subway share the same space, I grabbed rotisserie chicken sandwich for the road and was very delicious. The bread was freshly baked and staff was very clean and wore gloves while preparing my whole meal.”

“Good, fresh food, but the drive-thru was a little slow, which is rare for a Wendy's”

“I give this Pilot 4 stars because it's a pretty good place to stop on I 65. I don't give it 5 stars because it's just like most travel centers as far as staff goes. And it tends to be crowded during peak travel times. It is clean, I'll give them that. Honestly, the travel center is divided into two sides though they are the same station which can be a little confusing. The side that has Wendy's has two awesome bathrooms (2 different men's and women's, so I guess 4 in all). If you're with a big group or family, this is a great way to divide and conquer. For truckers, RV owners and anyone traveling looking for a shower, Pilot on exit 6 or Flying J at exit 2 are the best to get clean. If you're not a Wendy's fan or looking to just get in or out, go to the opposite side of Pilot with Subway. There's a bathroom there, too, but it's just not as large and accommodating as the other side. I think it's a great idea to stop here on your way to Bowling Green or to Nashville for your interstate travel needs. If you need other stuff and are willing to drive a little more into Franklin, there's also grocery stores, a Walmart and a few other things like car parts and other shops in town. Happy travels!”

“My fiance is vegetarian, and lactose intolerant, so finding fast food is sometimes a nightmare for us. Taco Bell is our go to for this reason, with highly editable menu options. Unfortunately, at a lot of Taco Bells, this means repeating our order several times over while the cashier desperately tries to learn where all the buttons we need are. But man, last night was awesome! Not only was she super understanding of our order, she even asked if we needed the same substitutions on all our food, got the correct order the first time, and was just super sweet and timely, even with our complicated order. BIG THANKS!! It really made our night :D”

“Great place with home style meals! Very good. Staff are friendly and hard working. Friday night is an extremely busy time and things get a little chaotic. Wait times to receive food are greatly extended and quality suffers. Will go at less busy times in the future.”

“Great hometown spot. Food is outstanding with a great menu. When you first walk in, the smell of a smoker alone will get you excited. The owner is unbelievably kind and concerned for your experience. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would.”

“The last few times pizza didn't taste as good and as someone else in the reviews commented the sizing seems to decrease over time. Last time they said they had new cooks so maybe that's the problem and with practice they'll get better. Anytime I go on Sunday it takes forever, I believe the cause is lack of workers. The workers that are there are really nice and helpful though so that's a plus. Probably won't go back for a while but if I do and it gets better I'll update. Update... I went again and it was way better, they were out of meatballs but the pizza was good and it was faster than before. We were seated though and the waitress got our drinks but didn't even ask if we wanted to order because the buffet was out. We had to go tell her and ask for menus.”
