Cadiz Family Restaurant

My husband & I have eaten here 1/2 dozen or so times. The food is consistently fresh, delicious & reasonably priced. We try to eat @ Cadiz Family Restaurant every time we are in Cadiz...wonderful place to eat!

The food here was amazing. Good prices too. The people who work here are all very friendly and keep on top of everything even though it has been super slammed. Guess that's what happens when you serve the best food in town.. :) the people come in just as quickly as the others leave and there is never an empty seat for more time than it takes to clean the table.

I'd compare this place to the diner in Mayberry. Everyone knows everyone here. Service is very friendly with twangy talking waitresses. Definitely a good atmosphere for eating local. The food on the buffet is hit and miss. Some days are better than others. The sweet tea is too sweet on many days so we order an extra glass of ice and mix it in as we drink to get a better balance of sweet. The menu is limited but very good. Breakfast is offered all day. The grill is always busy but they keep up with orders. The western omelet is one of my favorites off the menu. Eat here and your wallet will thank me. It's a little bit of a drive off the interstate but worth it. No alcohol is served here (reason for 3 stars).

Great food! Home cooked buffet! Fried chicken. 2 types of fish which was really delicious, mashed potatoes, green beans, soup beans, spaghetti, rolls, corn bread plus more! We would go back!

Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, order from their varied menu or enjoy an all you can eat buffet with selections changing daily. The salad bar has a great selection in a small space. It really is true...the locals know where to eat.
