Came here while we were on vacation in July and the food was delicious! (Fyi the fries are amazing!) Service was fast and friendly and prices were spot on. Will definitely be returning in the future

Our server was nice and attentive & flavor of the meat was good. However, we stopped at Triplets on a road trip thinking BBQ would be a quick option. Took over 30 min to get food that was barely room temperature. Cheese was not melty on mac-n-cheese because it wasn’t hot (or even warm). Bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned all day.

This is a rather difficult review as it was great and not so great. My biggest negative is a BBQ with no ribs, neither back nor short. Are you kidding me? That is truly moronic, especially since the expensive non-BBQ restaurant (The Harper House) connected to Triplets by a hallway has baby back ribs as a standard menu item.....but not where it belongs down the hall at the BBQ. That makes no sense and costs them 2 points in my review. The waitress confided that people complain about lack of ribs all the time, so someone in management is a blockhead. On the other hand, ambiance was excellent as also excellent were the brisket and pulled pork and sauces. Good bake beans! Coleslaw was too dry lacking sufficient mayo. Service good. Nice drink menu from restaurant next store. My wife loved the chicken, but i thought was tad dry. Unique great inside and outside seating. So this is an nice upscale but reasonably priced BBQ hangout with good food that has much to offer......but no ribs!!!!! Mr Owner: fix this glaring error ASAP. PLEASE! !

We got 2 family carryout orders, with brisket and pulled pork. Both main courses went fast and since we had family members from 5 to 61 and all ate everything, I'd call it a success. The brisket was well smoked, not dry and very good. The pork was cooked well and easily shredded. Both the sweet Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce and tangy mustard BBQ sauce were great. The sides were mac and cheese, shoestring fries, cole slaw, and corn bread sides were tasty. The cornbread was a little dry for my taste but the kids thought it was just right. I highly recommend the tangy mustard BBQ sauce. It's got some kick but isn't burning hot.
