The food and service were great. I ordered a burger which was reasonably priced. My daughter ordered a pretzel bun burger that was good but cost over $10 for the burger alone. While she enjoyed it I felt the price was extreme for what she got. The fries were amazing though. We had the curry fries. We would go back but will stay away from the pretzel bun burgers for sure unless they reduce the price. Not sure why having a pretzel bun doubles the price. There wasn't much difference in our burgers other than the bun.
The burger combinations and the bowl makeups are very original & like nothing in town. Considering the amount of people the services is fast. The food is very good tasting & is fresh. My only knock is the pricing but I guess you pay for quality food.
Atmosphere was fine. Employees were helpful. We had two burgers(not made to order), but rather 'our way', two fries and two shakes which cost $34.00. The burger had a good flavor, was moist and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. The patties are not thick, but are reminiscent of a Steak and Shake patty. Definitely not a lot of meat. The fries were quite good and the shake was o.k. I think it would be wise for them to give the customer sauce for their somewhat costly hamburger rather than charging 50 cents. The 50 cents is what got me. No matter how unique placing your order on the computer yourself may seem, I frankly, enjoy being waited on.....
especially if I am paying $34.00 for 2 burger meals. Yep, the 50 cents was one step too far.
Staff was friendly and helpful! The menu is different but with plenty of appealing options for everyone. I had the Icon Chicken Sandwich, the chicken was juicy and fried well, love that stinging honey sauce on it! Will definitely be back to try other stuff!
Another great addition to Bowling Green. I had the executive burger, curry fries and the berry milkshake. The burger was juicy and the fries were crispy and both were seasoned perfectly. Milkshakes are often too thick ( I'm looking at you Cookout) but these are definitely not. Burgers and fries are really common but rarely executed well. Burger & Bowl has definitely figured it out.
