I wasn't impressed. We went at lunch time on a Wednesday. They were very busy and the managers kept asking the guys in the back for fries. Our food sat on a tray, getting cold for over five minutes while they waited for fries. Fries were hot but nothing else was. Other than that, it was clean and the staff was polite, but did not apologize for the wait.

The cashier (Jayden) was very kind and treated me very well. I was with my elderly grandmother, and when she dropped her drink, he was quick to come help pick it up. The food was made perfectly to order and the chicken was juicy and scrumptious. I have returned about 9 times since then in the span of a month.

Anthony was very friendly. He has really good customer care! The food was good for the most part. The fish was over cook but other than that it was good!

I've never eaten at a Popeye's before, and for the longest time the lines were around the building, but today was a calm, low crowd day. First thing, they need a cashier without a thousand yard stare. the 2 front of store people were juuuust a little jaded, like they'd been there for years and seen some stuff. Not a good first impression. The cook looked like the one that needed to be out front, all smiles. Anyways, I had a 2 piece combo and w/ 2 sides. I imagine the biscuit is a hit because it's a salt bomb, I enjoyed my spicy leg, my spicy thigh was mostly breading? the green beans were the hit! The mac and cheese was inedible, even with ketchup. Bottom line, if you've got this far, Kentucky wins! Go home Louisiana! No, I'm not from here... :) #242
