Steak 'n Shake

Our waiter was always on it, she gave us the right food and drinks. The food was great along with the shakes. If you're at bowling Green KY and you come at this location ask for Megan, she is amazing!

Apparently the way I ordered my meal was confusing for them so they had to get the manager to come over and fix it. By the time they fixed it, the tickets had already been sent to the cook and I was saying that they needed to tell the cook that things had changed but the cashier and manager didn't listen... So I had to deal with the whole confusing process of getting my order right item by item. Which then made a huge line build up at the cash register and made a lot of people mad.
Overall it was just a miscommunication but I think it was a pretty basic thing to correct a mistyped order. Oh well. It tasted good.

Great tasting food, but I found a hair in my food so I can only give you guys a 3* max. I reported the hair to management however so they should have told their employees to wear hair nets. Still my wife's favorite burger joint so we go here often.

About 3 yrs ago went and swore never to go back was not clean and food on floors in dining area. Seemed like no one cared just waking around the mess. Decided to try again in Feb. Must be a new manager? Food great, nice and clean and pleasant waitresses. Very pleased with the improvements.
