Sagebrush Steakhouse

Awesome new place to have an excellent meal in Corbin. The food is prepared exactly to order and served by a friendly staff that is prompt and accurate. Our experience here was top shelf. The menu offers a great variety. The Marshall Dillon Ribeye is a tasty steak which is marinated for deeper flavor. The potato soup is excellent as well. Certainly a place we will enjoy again soon.

Food was fantastic. Great price. Lost of room inside. Not overcrowded with tables and booths. Friendly staff!

The wife and I had never eaten at a Sagebrush restaurant before, so we didn't know what to expect. From the decorations, to the staff, to the food....we were definitely pleased and plan on visiting again.
I was hoping to find a 20oz steak on the menu, but the biggest one is a 25oz ribeye. No worries though, it was plenty big enough and was delicious. Mine was a perfectly cooked medium rare, perfectly seasoned, and tender (When I read reviews that other people give about their steaks tasting bland and it being chewy, I have to wonder if they ordered their steak "well done" or not.) I also enjoyed their loaded mashed potatoes, the mac & cheese wasn't all that great though, but still edible.
The wife had the combo of chicken, ribs, and shrimp. She too says her meal was delicious, except for the mac & cheese. (The best way to describe the mac & cheese is to maybe call it "pithy"? Flavor was good, but we're thinking they used powdered cheese as it had the texture of such.)
Service was outstanding and friendly. Had 2 different managers walk by at different times to check on everything.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. Definitely going back.

I was so excited to see Sagebrush open here in Corbin. We were seated quickly. The wait staff was super friendly. Our appetizer was potato skins, which were amazing. The problem showed up when our entrees arrived. Both my husband and I had ordered chicken dishes that were served over rice. The chicken itself was wonderful. The rice on the other hand was not. Part of the rice was hard and inedible. The manager made it up to us, and we will come back and give it another shot, but I was disappointed.
