We don't have a Hardee's anywhere close to where I live now, so I thought it would be nice to visit one while down south. I remember it being alot better than what I got here. My daughter spilled ketchup and the lady cleaning the lobby grabbed a towel and some cleaner and wiped it up without even having to be asked. “Salsa was fresh and delicious!! Good amount of cilantro made it perfect and the highlight of my day. I don't like bland salsa that taste watered down and old or canned. This was most certainly not that. Would probably come back again just for the salsa alone. Served with not the exact same chips you normally see in a Mexican restaurant. Little thiner and maybe not as salty so superb ????. Feeling less than adventurous I ordered the Garcia special on the lunch menu. Portion size was perfect for me and I'm a big guy. Chicken seasoned good and covered in cheese dip???? Basic staple in my Mexican rotation. Wish it was a little more browned and wish grilled onion was an option, overall everything ordered was to higher expectation than a standard first time try Mexican joint. This is a good spot so first timers don't be shy. Service was prompt. Meal arrived very quickly and very hot. Location was clean will visit again”

“Great service, We stopped for the buffet as we were just passing through. The service was excellent. All of the staff was helpful. Other waitresses, and even a girl that was cooking, checked on us, in addition to our waitress. I would recommend the owners replace the carpet, paint the ceiling and have better advertisement off the interstate. Due to their location being close to the interstate, and there not being many exits with good food, I think business would increase of they had a sign a few miles before the exit saying "Pizza Hut Buffet Open" and putting the buffet hours on there. I think they have the staff to be able to handle the increased business.”

“The food was bangin’, or really good. Two classic tacos combo, with fries, and 3 individual pieces of chicken. Hush puppies were better than plenty of restaurants I’ve had, chicken seasoned and fried to perfection, though oil may not last until evening. Fries great! Associate was very helpful, gave me the extra I asked for, bathrooms clean. I would comeback just for the hush puppies! Yes this place is old but they maintain it well.”

“Amazing atmosphere, you feel as though you are sitting in Grandma's kitchen filling up your stomach with a "taste" of the newest food being cooked... Which is DELICIOUS. We enjoyed the buffet, full of catfish, meatloaf, potatoes, cabbage, fried chicken, macaroni, beans, and everything else I always loved about home-cooked food. The staff are SUPER polite and the prices are a little more than fair. :D I LOVE this place. “Located in a smaller City off of the interstate, this place was a pleasant surprise. Lovely furnishings, very helpful and pleasant staff. The real key was the great food. My wife got a veggie fajita platter with more food than she could finish. I tried the enchiladas mole and it was the best I have had in a restaurant. They make your guacamole to order at your table too! Finally, if you are a teacher, veteran or senior, you get a 10% discount. Next time I am in Corbin, I'll be visiting. Don't need KFC!”

I would totally drive 500+ miles to eat here again. 5 stars to the kids in back. Front staff needs to maybe understand it's a place of business and should conduct themselves accordingly. 4 of 5 for them. If the owner can modify the kids place and lower both the 3rd and 4th step heights so 5 year olds can actually climb up so an adult doesn't have to contort themselves to playing in there that would be awesome.”

“This was a great find. On our first visit there I tried the chicken soup which I found to be incredibly delicious. My wife had grilled vegetables with cheese which is a special order that they prepared exactly as she requested and it was delicious as well. Our server was friendly prompt and accurate. The restaurant is clean well-organized. Definitely will be a frequent stop for us.”
