I usually do not like to leave bad reviews on a restaurant—I work in the service field, so I empathize with workers who work any type of customer service job because it can be a challenge depending on the customer. However, I ordered breakfast from this particular location. I had to wait about 20 minutes for a worker to finally take my order, and I was okay with that. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE IS THAT THERE WAS ONLY 1 WORKER WORKING DURING BREAKFAST—1 WORKER!!! I understand cutting labor because of slowness, but ONLY ONE WORKER whom happened to be a shift manager was working while also trying to operate their system—apparently the store was having some systematic issues. That was the reason for the long wait. It is just down right ridiculous for Wendy’s to get away with that. I felt so sorry the worker. However, she was very pleasant and gaves customer service despite her situation of only being one worker. The three stars are ONLY BECAUSE of the kindness of that shift manager.
The first time we visited this Wendy's we had great service. The food was great and it was a good experience. The last time, though, the woman in the drive through was extremely rude not only to us but also to the other employee she spoke to in front of us. It was so bad that we left and didnt get food and haven't been back. Service is so important.
Its ok. The place looks a bit dirty. The burgers Not big deal but if you want something fast thats an option.
