(May 1, 2023, 12:51 am)We were lucky enough to grab some sno balls from this truck outside the New Orleans City Park. We got the large Cotton Candy and Mango, both were to die for. The prices were reasonable, and the guy working the truck was friendly. It was a great treat to have while wandering the park.
