Good food, healthy portion, and quick service. I ordered the turkey and cheddar. Didn’t try any of their smoothies but they looked good

Overall good. First time going. Service needs training and sandwich is small for price.

Location: in the shopping center right next to subway. Plenty of parking.

Atmosphere: Clean. I think 5 tables (4 chairs at each), no booths. Dead quiet, no music or noise. Neat artwork on the walls. The menu was very hard to read since it was so far away & hand written in chalk small. They did have a paper menu at the register but it didn't list the smoothie flavors.

Service: the cashier couldn't tell us anything about the food (ie type of bread for the sandwiches, what was in the chicken salad, how smoothies tasted, etc.). She told us "I don't know anything about what the cooks do." Definitely needs training on the menu.

Food: good variety and feels healthy. Smoothies, sandwiches/wraps, soup of the day, salads. I was disappointed in the portion size really. Idk what I was thinking but assumed the sandwich would be more/bigger than regular sliced grain bread, especially for $7. The chicken salad tasted good and the lemon smoothie was good. They were out of the small smoothie cups so we had to order a medium.

Prices: depending on what you get. Wraps are $6. Sandwiches $7. Salads $9. They have bottled drinks and chips available.

Overall, a good environment with healthy options. I just wouldn't come too often based on the portion/price compared to other sandwich places (I know it's healthier for a smaller portion, but I could get something for the same price, double the size, and save half for later).
