Stopped for fuel and shower. No wait on showers. Extra large shower room. Great water pressure.

Nice clean Pilot station and convenience store. Customer service was excellent! I'd recommend it, for sure! ????

Simply replying to my rating gets the next Star.  I have promptly changed to 5 Stars now.  I appreciate the owner &/or management taking the time to reply to my previous rating.

I live by the review system of Google, even for my own business.  So many do not reply to a review anymore (good or bad), that's why I knock everything down at least one Star.  You replied to my rating promptly and I greatly appreciate that.

If there is one thing I can say over and over and over about any business connected to a main travel artery in the US. The restrooms should be topic #1, priority #1, period. Your restroom was in great order, very clean.

If someone gets less than stellar service, or cold food, maybe waited too long for something. They will forget that one day but will never forget a horrible restroom. That says sooooo much more than just, "...we have a dirty restroom...". I would almost rather drive further to the next facilities exit and risk running out of gas before stopping someplace that has horrible restrooms.

Very clean truck stop awesome showers also the manger Tina @store 199 is the greatest. I was having troubles with my printer in my truck.. she was so nice too let me forward everything too her store and printed off everything perfectly.. another good reason why I keep pilot flying j as my preferred stop along my travels once again thank you

Great place. Store well stocked and clean. Showers were clean with ample water pressure. Best teamwork that I’ve ever seen from a Pilot crew. Everyone worked together to do what needed done. A lot of stores could learn something from this one. Keep up the good work guys. It’s appreciated!!
