Imperial Express

The waitress got it wrong from the very beginning! We asked if the hot and sour soup could be "heat controlled" and she said yes. We get our entire order and had to remind her that we hadn't gotten our soup yet. She apologized and brought the soup out to us within a few minutes. I took my first spoonful and it was so spicy, I couldn't eat it! I told her I couldn't eat the soup because it was much too spicy. Hadn't she understood outer question about "controlling the heat?" She said she thought we meant we WANTED IT SPICY! She never took the price of my soup off our bill, which ANY decent restaurant would have done, without question! I'm never going back.

Food is great and the service is exceptional! We will definitely be eating here more often. Great location too, and clean restrooms!!

They have good food at a fair price. We'll be back.

Went there with family tonight. Server was extremely patient and helpful answering questions. Received our food promptly, hot and delicious. Highly recommend stopping by.
