Bergeron's Boudin & Cajun Meats of Bossier City

Not even sure where to start, there’s so much to recommend at Bergeron’s. I stop in frequently to grab one of their pre-made salads from the cooler. Their homemade ranch dressing is just added deliciousness and it’s a quick easy delicious place to grab lunch. Their meat pies and boudin balls are the BEST!!! They have an amazing selection of exceptional quality meats and ohhhhh their twice baked potatoes are perfection. Just can’t recommend this place enough. Not to mention it’s locally owned and all the workers are just super friendly and helpful! Stop by off Benton road. You won’t be disappointed!!

Stopped in from Dallas to pick up some of their rub seasoning because it’s amazing and the fresh boudin balls smelled amazing. We got 2 of their pepper jack cheese boudin balls and was a perfect snack to hold us over for our dinner later that evening. Dallas doesn’t have anything like Bergeron’s and wish we had one closer. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but there’s lots of flavors when you walk inside. Love this place!!!

I am not an expert on Cajun food but the Cracklins I got were the best I've ever had. I was passing through and I wish I got more. The crawfish pie was really good as was the boudin. This will definitely be a stop every time I'm in the area.

Fresh Cajun snacks ( pork shanks, boudin etc) for lunch (hot box) and anything you could ever want for that Louisiana taste of goodness they have in the freezer......seafood or bacon wrapped chicken, gator and sooo many sides! THEY HAVE THE WORKS!! Very nice staff..friendly and informative. BEST place to get authentic Cajun food!

Great place to buy Cajun meats to cook! I also had a Fried Deer Burrito. It had a good amount of flavor.
