I’ve hosted two private birthday parties at Surge Bossier and had the opportunity to work with Event Manager, Lindsey and her daughter , Makenna and I must say that their customer service is impeccable!

They both made sure I had everything I needed logistically, assisted wherever needed and just made sure both parties moved right along smoothly!

If you are looking for a nice , clean spacious party room with a fun and exciting amusements for the kids, Surge Bossier is definitely your #1 spot to choose!

Me and my family had a blast!!!! The dark ride was sooo fun, it was definitely my favorite. And the games and rides were decently priced! 4 of us went and I spent $210 and that gave us 3 hours of fun. The laser tag arena was amazing, and you get good play time. We will for sure be going back. I definitely recommend this place

A great family friendly spot to have some fun. The staff was courteous and responsive. I did not try the food but did bowl. I can envision this being a gem for Shreveport/Bossier and would encourage you to try it out. Off peak times are always the preference for me and I assume that weekends will be very busy. Give Surge a try and thanks to #9 for making the investment in the community.

We decided to try the new arcade in Bossier... AND WE LOVED IT. This is just what our area needs. I highly recommend it. We took our five year old son there for his birthday, he loved it. Even my two year old said he had fun. The place was nice and clean. The food was good, our server was great. Absolutely no complaints.

We went to surge tonight for my nephew’s birthday party and our experience was a 10 out of 10. Our hostess D was on top of everything and the food was fantastic. We tried the Brussels sprouts, crawfish egg rolls and shrimp po boy. So delicious! The kids had an absolute blast! Their favorite was the ropes course, laser tag and of course the video games. We will definitely be back! So glad Bossier city has something like this for family fun!
