Panera is always good, they just tend to be on the more expensive side. Given that, we tend not to come here too often. But overall we really like them. Lots of good options, and their bread bowls are awesome.

My first time! Very good, upper mid priced! Quick, clean and he a healthy! Would highly recommend for people trying to eat healthy!

They handle issues very well.
I ordered vegan lentil quinoa soup that came out not so fresh (smell and pulling). I took it back and the manager took care of it. She made another bowl and explained the scenario. I was happy with the customer service. Hopefully next time the food will come out fresh! I come here every time I visit Shreveport: it’s a nice and clean environment!
