I selected jalapeño. Then Y'all you get to select your cheese:American,cheddar or pepper jack. Wait y'all,then you get to select the size patty you want. I went with 1/3 pound burger. When I tell y'all this was the best burger I have had since I have moved here. So I decided to try it again today ( one week later) and y'all it is still the best burger in town. I forgot to tell Y'all that you can select your side too... tonight I selected the fried okra. Everything was great ask for Brittany and tell her that Lucinda sent you. “I'd almost rather not review this new location because it might get so busy we can't get in, but Bossier has needed something like this for so long. Bistro feel, quiet intimate, knowledgeable staff, superb creative food, great wine selection, over the top balsamic vinegar and oil pairing. They also sell oil and vinegar retail too. We heard how wonderful it was from daughters and husbands but mmmm-mmm! We had the chicken flatbread to start and it was amazing. It's called barbecue chicken flatbread but I can't figure out why it's called barbeque - so Mediterranean and amazing flavors. Then we had an order of stuffed pickled peppers stuffed with goat cheese, and salami, goodness in the mouth! And we had the bread with vinegar and oil. Had to be the best bread we dipped in oil and vinegar since the days of Olive Street Bistro. (Telling my age) At any rate, superb variety of oil and vinegar, great friendly staff, yummy food, but limited seating. You will absolutely not be sorry!”

“My husband and I heard of this place from a friend so we decided to try it out. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I am middle eastern myself and the Shreveport/Bossier area has been in need of a good Mediterranean restaurant. They have olive oil waiting on the table for you which is a plus. The hummus, pita bread and falafel were soooo yummy. You have to order the gyro fries!! My husband is a very picky eater when it comes to shawarma but he loved it! I ordered the chicken kabob plate which was amazing. The lemon mint slush was so refreshing. The food had so much flavor and reminded me so much of home. Definitely our new favorite spot!”

“Opening day was today and the food was absolutely phenomenal. I had the brisket potato and i swear this thing weight over 2lbs. ill be eating this over the course of a couple of days. Staff was great very friendly while serving the food. Oh and you gotta try one of their desserts the fudge brownie was to die for. take a seat dominoes with your chocolate lava cake has nothing on these guys”

“We loved the decor here! It was so cute and had a great atmosphere. Our server was awesome and worked super hard for her tables. The food was fresh and hot. I only caught the aftermath of the oysters because we INHALED them! My only note is that the menu should specify that the "garlic butter" (as opposed to "garlic butter only") is a Cajun garlic butter. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing, and I'm hooked. It just wasn't clear what we were ordering on the menu. Definitely our new favorite place to get oysters and crab legs! It was surprisingly affordable as well for seafood.”

“Food was out fast and was delicious! Salsa had a nice bit of heat and flavor. Wait staff was very attentive. Very nice atmosphere with the live music. Margarita was pretty good as well. Prices were up from the otger Mexican restaurant that was here previously vut the service and taste of the food warranted it. Great experience for nearby texmex. Will be back.”

“We had a really great experience here! I have been several times for lunch & dinner and each time I ordered something different only to be amazed by how good everything is! We love the atmosphere here the decorations and location! Everyone is so nice and attentive even when we were outside having dinner on the patio the other night. We have ordered drinks and every time they have been well crafted! The salsa has a good kind of heat to it if you know what I mean! I highly recommend this place! We give it 5 ⭐”

“Great food, good amount and great service! My Thai fiancée says this is as close as you can get to the real thing in America thus far, and good portions means you pay a bit more but can probably make 2 or 3 meals out of it. The staff are great people, very friendly and helpful. The food on its own is 5 star but if I could give them 6 I would. If you like Japanese or Chinese food, it’s very similar but spicier. Definitely recommend, and thank you! 🙏”

“The food here is great. My wife ordered a shrimp po-boy and I had the chicken and fish combo. The restaurant was impeccably clean and every employee that we talked with was very courteous and professional. Our food came out in a matter of minutes and was super hot. The meals we ordered are served with a roll and I opted for fries and red beans. They even have a sauce that is very similar to the other chicken place with "one love." Chick-o-Fish even gave my wife extra jumbo shrimp and gave me extra fish and chicken at no charge. Our meals were only just over $20 and I tipped $5 for the extra pieces they gave us. You need to eat here. I'm telling my family and we will be back.”

“I got the special dog and a whipped cream bubble waffle. The breading was fluffy and good, the cheese stretchy and the dog was cooked perfectly. The way the end was cut was just so delightful!!! The waffle was a delight. I don't live in Bossier but I can still seeing myself coming back soon!! I would just be prepared for a bit of a wait, sometimes you might be at the counter a while before your order is taken but i promise it is worth the wait.”
