    As far as the chain goes, I generally enjoy BWWs when I want some wings or bar food. However, the service here has been hit or miss for me. I generally have pickup orders more than dining in and the wait time after my food is "supposed" to be ready has typically been about 10 minutes. Fortunately, I've only had one issue with my order being messed up.

    The staff is really professional and nice. I ordered a to go order. It was wrong when I got there but they promptly fixed it!

    Went here for a nice,simple,fun birthday with my wife. 48 years young. Service was EXCELLENT!!!! COCO BEST SERVER EVER!!!

    I tried the new chicken sandwiches. Very much enjoyed it. The Tennessee hot was great. Like the pickles and the addition of lettuce, cabbage, and carrots. The chicken was crispy outside and moist inside. I also am happy that the potato logs are always crispy outside and perfect inside. Dipped in carribean jerk sauce is awesome.
