    We really enjoyed the Hickory Stick. The ribs we do tender you wouldn't even need teeth to eat them. The beans had just the right amount of spices and the Cole slaw was out of this world.
    A special thanks to all the sweet ladies that run this fine establishment.
    We will definitely be back. Very responsible prices, too.

    I've loved the whole menu for years! Maybe the best ribs in Shreveport! Been voted one of the best food our area! Highly Recommend!

    Chicken &dumplings was great. But must have been nner end of pot b/c my dumplings were breaking up. Loved them as usual. Thanks.

    First time here. Got the Saturday special Ham sandwich, potato salad and beans. Menu is simple and I like that! Ham is fantastic with that BBQ sauce and soft bun. Potato salad is sweet, don't normally like it sweet, but with everything else it works. Beans are to die for. Will definitely be bringing the family in for some BBQ. Oh and the smell of that smoker cooking....let's you know it's done right. Definitely recommend as a former cook!
