I was the last customer last night and Miss Choyce was so sweet and made me fresh coffee even though the other workers did not seem to want to be there they tried to give me old coffee!
I've been staying at the hospital with my friend and it is right down the road and I've spent a lot of time at McDonald's lately. They have always been really nice and the restaurant is always clean. Good job
I went to the one on Walker Road and was greeted by the sweetest young lady ( I think her name was Karisma)and she was just the most polite, cheerful & beautiful person! She really made my day to see such positivity in what can be a stressful job! Thank you for making our visit enjoyable. Not to mention that the food was hot and everything was there and handed out by a very polite young man. Keep up the good work!!! Now...the one on Kings Highway definitely needs to train with Walker Road...the young lady was rushing us (we had a big order) and we ended up without 2 bags, having to go back in and get them. I understand they try to be fast, but she definitely needed to learn from Karisma.
The traffic is terrible at the kings highway exit off i49 in Shreveport. Hard to get into, and a busy place. Frappe machine is down. Second time I've been there and was down. Food pretty good
The best thing about McDonald's is their sweet tea. Secondly, it should be bottled and sold everywhere. However, the worst thing about McDonald's is their consistency. In my hometown, there is nobody more efficient, but this location was a bit lax. My order was correct, which is something you hardly ever get at McDonald's.
Their tea, which tastes the same at every location (regardless of local water supply) makes up for that, though
