Delicious food. Meatballs and sauce yum! Fast service and cozy restaurant

Love to eat here. We always come here when we come to Shreveport to visit my sister-in-law and her wonderful family. We enjoy the atmosphere and good food and services.

A classic Shreveport institution, we are so lucky to have them. Great traditional Italian that never goes out of style. The best atmosphere of any restaurant in Shreveport, I could spend all day in here just looking around. I've had my birthday party here like three times now, always a great time!!

Holy food, Batman! They make it a point to pile on the portions. A staff member told us that Monjunis is; loosely translated, "Little Eaters" (after what the original owners' grandparents used to call them). But, don't expect that just because they pile one the food that its lacking flavor. Their sauce is unique in the sense that it is more on the sweet side than anything else I have had, and it is great. Just writing this review is making me hungry.

I love this place. So quaint and cozy. One of my fave places to visit for lunch or after a doctor's appointment. I love the food and the service. I like Michael as my server. He always gives me great service each time I visit. I try the specials from time to time but I mostly get the lasagna lunch. It's a perfect place for lunch.
