My man and I came here for dinner. Great service, great employees, great food. Much love for such an amazing staff and comfy restaurant. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for gator, catfish, and fry’s this is the place.

Nettie was so amazing and made us feel so welcome. It was our first time there and she gave great suggestions after finding out they were out of fried oysters. We will definitely make our way back here the next time we're in town! Side note, this was some of the best gumbo I have ever had!

So GOOD!!! The atmosphere was electric and the service was superb. Don't get me started on the food... Delicious and plenty. Affordable.

Food is excellent! Had fried trout lunch special with greens, pinto beans and potato salad. Couldn't finish the meal as portions are huge but I seriously wanted to do so!! Also had a stuffed shrimp--yum. Crazy-busy for good reasons. Friendly, great service. Go!!

Hey there everyone out there looking for some of the most succulent seafood dishes, and savory down home meals you could possibly find in a restaurant. Look no further, the service is fantastic, the servers will bend over backwards to ensure your experience will be a memorable one. The cost I would say is moderate, but worth every penny spent, oh and rest assured you will leave with a doggy bag! You get quite nice portions for the money, and the quality of all the food is a bench standard for all others to try to follow! I rate me it 5 Stars, but that's not true, I would say honestly 4 1/2 stars. Remember only Jesus is perfect. But please whether you live in Shreveport and surrounding areas, or on a road trip passing through. I most strongly recommend this restaurant as a must eat on your through. PS. Bring your appetite! Good eating everyone!
