Here is a cheat sheet to the best kept secret in the ark-la-tex...
    >If crawfish are in season or chicken Wellington - are a must go!
    >The filet and homemade steak sauce is incredible.
    >Shrimp Diane or Rattle Snake Chicken are great low cost / high reward options

A southern loop long standing staple, which makes the best food. And makes it consistently. They will happily accommodate any request (provided they have the ingredients) or item from a different weekly menu. Recently underwent a remodeling, and looks better than ever.

This is a somewhat limited review because I always go during crawfish season and I can’t bring myself to eat anything other than crawfish. They are the best in town, bar none. Always perfectly cooked and with a tremendous flavor that has the right amount of kick. They aren’t spicy for spicy’s sake, which a lot of crawfish can be. The spice plays a great role in the overall taste. Can’t recommend the crawfish highly enough
