Sumo Buffet

Came to visit during work training in Shreveport, a good 3 hour drive, and the restaurant was recommended. I was impressed by how fresh the food was, the variety, and the atmosphere especially during lunch time. I already told my wife next time we heading out of Texas towards Louisiana we definitely stopping at Sumo!!! Oh yeah you can't beat the prices either..

Everything we tried was delicious! Even my picky sister-in-law loved the food and the huge selection. We will definitely stop here again the next time we are in Shreveport.

We got there at about 2:15 on a saturday. Not very busy, just me and my mom. We were a little skeptical just because our Chinese place in town has gone to pot. She was impressed at how the outside was professional and inviting, and the inside is also clean with a great atmosphere. The food was great! Everything we tried was very good. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the little squids, they were cold, but the sushi was excellent and all the rest of the food was warm and great. Will definitely come back In the future, i want to try more of the sushi!

I love oriental food and this one is one of the best. We got their kind of late close to closing but they went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we wanted. They have a great buffet to choose from and a very friendly staff. If you're ever in Shreveport, I highly recommend eating at this place. I know I will definitely be going back there.

Excellent quality Chinese buffet. The sushi is amazing. Staff is courteous. Restrooms need tons of help though. I pity anyone who has to relieve themselves. Filthiest restrooms in town. I walked in and tripped over a rat and a cockroach stole my wallet. Seriously though, don't go in the bathroom without a pistol and a priest.
