    Very enjoyable place to eat. I especially like their squid steak. It has a great smokey flavor.

    They always have such wonderful food! The Chicken Katsu Donburi and Steve Roll were amazing as well as their Tofu Steak! The service was awesome as well. The servers are working so hard even though they’re short staffed. Well done!

    Love this restaurant!! It is the best sushi I have ever eaten! Not only does it taste wonderful, it is also beautifully presented on the plate. To top it off, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very tasteful and pleasant. You have got to try Sushi Bistro.
    You will be glad you did.

    My family and I have been a few times, such a great atmosphere! The food and sushi is SO fresh! Best sushi in Shreveport! I believe it’s family owned and you can tell they work really hard to make everything nice and very attentive to peoples needs. Every time I order to go someone comes over and talks to me if I have to wait for food.(which waiting is rare) Very personal!
