Sonic Drive-In

Had the new BLT! Definitely recommend you try. They really hook the bacon up.

The lady with red hair that serves in the morning is just the sweetest. The service was quick and friendly.

As far as the product, it serves the same items as any other Sonic, and tastes as you'd expect it to. Being one of the few fast food restaurants in town, I frequent this establishment quite often. At least once a week I'll grab a burger, and some chicken tenders for the kids, because it's quick. Tonight, 4/4/19, was no different, but after ordering my food I pulled up to the window, and waited for 8 minutes before even being acknowledged. I figured they were busy, or were having issues, and when the cashier finally made it to me she confirmed it was the latter. Their PC system crashed, and she was extremely apologetic, and accommodating, while letting me know that it may be a while. She was very nice, offering me the food while the manager was trying to get their system back up. I explained to her that the wait was not concern, nor was eating, but feeding my kids waiting on me at home. She said I could pay cash if I had it, which I did not, and I told her so. She apologized again before telling me she was going to speak to the manager to find a solution. When she came back I was told there'd be no charge for my food, 2 chicken strip dinner combos, a wacky pack, a double cheeseburger, and a corndog all free of charge. While I wasn't extremely comfortable receiving so much for nothing at all, I'd to get home to feed my hungry babies. I am greatly appreciative for their tremendous generosity, and amazing customer service. Also, the food was good, especially that corndog, though.
