I asked for a venti with 4 shots and cold brew instead of frappe roast and the woman working the drive through was super sweet!!! She didn't judge my order one bit and with my anxiety it was a huge relief! Surely only the best, top notch employees work here! I live in Austin TX and been to many-a-starbucks but holy moly this location never gets my order wrong! I always know it's gonna be a great day when Randy specifically makes my coffee too!

(July 5, 2020, 4:06 pm)The line at this location moves very slowly BUT I really don't mind because the staff are always kind and professional! From the moment they take your order to when they hand your drink to you they are ways happy to help and it means something to me when you have staff like this. I do not go to this location when I am in a rush but when I am out and about I always like to stop by and get my favorite coffee. I vote 75% for this location and LOVE IT!
