Desi Fusion

This is hands down both my favorite restaurant in Lake Charles and the best Is Pakistani ,Indian fusion cuisine I've ever had my son got the chicken gyro wrap and I got the butter chicken curry sorry there's no pics of our food we ate it all before we thought to take any pics 😋

Tried out Desi Fusion tonight and so glad we did! For appetizers we had the beef samosas that were so flaky on the outside and the stuffing had so much flavor. And the green dipping sauce… I wanted to lick the bowl it was so addicting. We also had the hummus with garlic naan. Some of the best hummus we’ve had around town! For our meals we ordered the Goat Korma and the Shrimp Karahi. Omg the aromas and how flavorful both dishes were 🤤 And the goat was so tender and had a mild flavor. The spice level was just right. Huge servings and we have plenty of leftovers for dinner tomorrow. The customer service was exceptional! Our server was very attentive and answered any and all questions we had regarding the menu as many of the dishes we were unfamiliar with. I saw they also serve burgers and pizza and am very curious to try their twist on them. Even the chef came out to check on us and make sure the dishes were to our liking. We will definitely be going back to try out other items on their menu. Don’t sleep on this place if you enjoy delicious food and great service!

This place is AMAZING! And the service is awesome! The food tasted so fresh and you could really taste all of the flavors and spices that go into making the food. The portions are also huge. You could definitely share each item. Even my appetizer was the size of a full meal. I ordered a few things I’ve never seen offered at other Indian food restaurants and they were all amazing. My picture taking abilities aren’t great but the food was amazing. I went yesterday and am going back for lunch today.

The food was so flavorful and there were so many options! I definitely recommend. We got the daily special (Daal), Dani Puri, Samosa Chaat, garlic naan, chai masala, and mango lassi. Can’t wait to go back! The staff were also very friendly and made us feel at home!

Best restaurant in SWLA for Pakistani/Indian food. Food and Customer service was great. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
