Nogal Mexican Cuisine & Bar

This was my first-time dining here. We plan on dining again very soon. This new establishment is conveniently located next to Target off I-210. It has the best size parking lot to accommodate any size or number of vehicles. The interior was festive, I thought the walls were passionate. Also, the tequila bar was popping with neon. Time to pull out the neon for a girl’s party night in the tequila bar! I felt welcomed at the door by the host and was seated immediately. There are many large TVs for the patrons anywhere you can sit. To start this establishment brings complimentary chips and three salsas (original, smoked, and Verde) to the table. The chips were thin and crisp, perfection. We ask for the top shelf Patron Margaritas. Wow, the mixologist created such memorable cocktails, A+. The glass felt cold to the touch with a sugar rim. The smooth chilled Patron Margarita was vigorously shaken for the perfect adult beverage. I have not had a margarita this good in years.

A+ the white queso passed the test. #1 I like a thick Queso Blanco with a slight drizzle after dipping. If it could not get any better, I tasted the house special guacamole’s presentation was on point. We loved the color mix of veggies. I enjoyed the delicious Camarones Rancheros with rice and beans. This was an exceptional twist for a shrimp dish. The shrimp had the tail showing off the freshness in this dish. I was astonished after trying my husband’s Carne Asada entrée’, Yummy. If you want something tender and juicy order the Mexican Pork Taco. Everything we tried was terrific. The chef’s skills are superb. Our entrées were terrific last night.

Tortilla master, it was pleasant speaking with you about your trade. You looked happy and full of pride. Thank you for creating a tasty tortilla to pair with my shrimp entrée.

We dined on a slow night. Our server, Ms. Ashley tried her best, but her skills need a bit of work. She spilled my husband’s margarita on me and the table. Also, my Camarones Rancheros was served on a broken plate. I felt rushed to order and leave. She did complete her job, but the results were a bit messy.

*On a side notice I did notice in most of the reviews of this location. The entrée was served on broken plates. Please throw away broken dishes, it is a food safety issue.

At the chili stuff Romero along with fajita quesadilla awesome food in awesome service and very reasonable prices

Very nice and clean. The food was excellent. Very friendly staff. The best part is the homemade tortillas that are made to order. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I have been watching the reviews since they opened so last night we finally went and tried it out!! It was absolutely delicious 🤤 our margaritas were one point! We had Nogal Gouda Fondue as appetizers omg so good! I had quesadillas Barbados and he had street tacos Barbados! We will mostly be back! If you have never had authentic Mexican food this is where it’s at! 😍😋🙌🏽 Happy Cinco de Mayo week!!

We enjoyed the food and will definitely be back again. We had Enchilada Ranchero & Trio Nachos along with sweet tea. It took us 45 min from the time we walked in, to the time we got back to our vehicle. We only wished they would sell their cups they serve their drinks in 😆 and when they do, we will definitely get a couple.
