love mcdonalds its a great place but i got 9 nugs out of 10 once and im giving 3 stars for that but mcdonalds has a very specail place in my heart

Fries are always cold or burnt. If you order a southwest salad instead of the glaze that goes on it, they try to put the dressing. You always have to ask for ketchup and salt in the drive thru and they never have it at the window they have to get it from under the register. The staff is very unfriendly when you request that they correct your order prior to you leaving. I keep going back because like another reviewer stated, this is one of the very few places to eat in this town.
On a positive note, when the order is correct, the food is good.

Typical McD's food semi fast service. Can be rude some shifts some ppl just lack manners and,ppl skills anymore

Great customer service. The restaurant has improved greatly. I was impressed that when 4 young men walked in and bypassed the register that the manager was right there and said are you eating?. There is no loitering here, and they bought food ate and left. This used to never happen. Bravo to the management.
