The etouffee seems to be hit or miss but everything else I've had here is delicious. Crowd favorite is the stuffed boudin balls.

This is one of the best places I have ever eaten at in Louisiana. I am 43, born and raised in Louisiana so I know Cajun food. This place is the best. The food is seasoned perfectly. The Boudin Balls are unbelievably delicious!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The chef came out to talk to us and offered us a sample. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day!

I had a 50-minute wait for a to-go order of Bangin Shrimp with fries (which were great btw).

Although I was disappointed it was mayo served on the shrimp and not the advertised Creamy Asian sauce. Fries were excellent.

There was a dude who was seated at a table waiting for his dine-in order who waited 1 hr 15 minutes for his combo plate. His food looked great when it finally arrived.

I think they just need more workers in the kitchen to keep up, particularly at peak meal times.
