Wow awesome oysters and all around great food from Duck , Steak or Cajun Seafood.
Came down to Baton Rouge, and thank I discovered this place, one of the best, service is great and the food... yummmmmmm, finger-licking good, the bartenders ( Kelly kristian and Scott) are great. It’s not always about the food( which is excellent here) its the experience they give you. This will be the place I will be at if I’m in Baton Rouge. don’t miss out on this place.... I hope I can give them 10 stars
It was our first time visiting there and we really enjoyed ourselves. Our waitress was really nice. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The rice dressing was so good, I had to order an extra portion to bring home. I do recommend this place and will definitely be back.
Absolutely delicious! I've only lived in Baton Rouge for 1 week and have already been there twice. Try the eggplant appetizer -- it's very good and perfectly cooked. The dishes are large, so I recommend splitting an appetizer and entree between 2 people. Also, the drinks are strong.
We were passing through Baton Rouge on our road trip to the Grand Canyon and wanted to try a local Cajun/seafood joint. Boy, did we find the right one! One of my sons and I both ordered the fried seafood platter with Thin Fried Catfish and Stuffed Shrimp. It was so good, it made me want to slap my Momma! It came with a platter full of honest to God hush puppies, french fries, and dirty rice. Good stuff. Period. Even the cocktail sauce was awesome-it had a kick to it, like it should in Louisiana, and wasn’t just ketchup with horseradish in it. All of this was preceded by a really good salad with chunks of real cheddar cheese and huge, real bacon pieces! Man. Bacon. My other son was pleased with his fried shrimp platter and my wife loved the Grilled Chicken. If you’re passing through this area and like cajun and seafood, this place HAS to be in your wheelhouse. You will NOT be disappointed!
