(March 13, 2023, 8:12 am)Amazing selections and great prices!! The pepper jack cheese boudin balls are always crispy and delicious. I also love their chicken cracklins—so well seasoned. If you go, I recommend picking up one of the little containers of Steens Syrup to dip your pepper jack boudin balls in—life changing! The Boudin Shack is just what Baton Rouge was missing!

This place, by far, tops all others that I have visited. Excellent customer service, great selection of hot items and meats to take home. I ordered the Boundin Biscuit and I was hooked! The Boudin is D-Li-Cious!!!!! Check back for new items...They are always coming up with another great idea! I Love This Place!

(January 2, 2023, 10:54 pm)Have had just about everything on the menu and yet to be disappointed! Cracklins and boudin are awesome! Even when they're busy, the employees have always been friendly. I usually get a few extra lbs. of boudin to bring home.
Grilled boudin patty, lettuce and tomato sandwich, with provelone and/or pepper jack cheese. You're welcome. 😉 -

(December 5, 2022, 3:39 am)The best boudin in town! While I love my sweet Baton Rouge, nothing comes close to the boudin from back home in Acadiana…well, until Boudin Shack! Our family loved their boudin ball platter at our Christmas party this year. Not one person could eat just one, or two for that matter. Quality service, quality boudin, and such an easy ordering process. Can’t wait to share more memories with family and friends over Boudin Shack for years to come. Welcome, to BR, y’all💜💛
